Having the right mindset when considering a home based business is crucial to your success, whether you are considering home based business, selling lotions and potions, MLM's, products, services, or cashing gifting. Not possessing the right mindset can be a recipe for disaster.
If you have ever subscribed to the theories of any of great motivational speaker, like Tony Robbins, Zig Zigler, or my favorite, Wayne Dyer. You will hear a very common theme; "Change your thoughts, change your life. If you are going to seriously start a home based business, you must first rap your mind around accepting your success up front. Though this may sound difficult, since you may be doing something you have never done before, absolute belief in yourself, your program, products, and outcome are the true keys to the kingdom.
Most people do not get that 97% of the truly successful entrepreneurs in any of the aforementioned businesses, believe whole-heartedly in whom they are and what they sell or promote. They believe in helping others to succeed and reach their goals. The people the join their companies, programs or teams believe in them. You see these leaders possess a belief system that does not allow them to be easily swayed by naysayers and non-believers. They have an unshakable WHY for why they are doing what they do.
Creating the right mindset takes some practice. Doubt is normal however, not always necessary. Once you make up your mind to start your home based business, know up front that you will have a learning curve or process you must go through. Like anything you have done previously, you will need to learn the fundamentals. If you are anything like me, you may possible be learning new skills, concepts or techniques you never knew existed. Leave room to give yourself some compassion. If you can make it through this learning curve, true wealth awaits you.
Having everything you want and desire has been ordained to you from birth. Many of us were taught that life must be hard; we must struggle before we prosper. Let me be the first to tell you, if you believe that these are true statements, then you are right. Or, conversely, if you believe that the universe is abundant, and that all you desire comes to you with ease and grace, you are also right. Which belief would your prefer to embrace? I choose the later. If you choose to adopt this universal law of abundance, you will never experience failure again. Remember that in the appearance of every failure, success is only steps away.
So, with that said, get up, get out, and get going on your new chosen path. Decide that today is the day that you "Change your thoughts and change your life". (Wayne Dyer). So if you get knocked down... Get Up again. If life beats you up a bit, keep fighting. When you are too tired to keep going... Go even harder. When people tell it won't work... (And they will) Do it anyway. When you feel like giving up...Get even more determined. And remember... "What you want is already yours, all you have to do is accept it, embrace it, and go and get it". The journey along the way is the fun part.
